Dr. Faisal Qadir earned his medical degree from The Baqai Medical College, Karachi. He holds certifications in Internal Medicine as well as FCPS Cardiology from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. He joined National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in 2010 and has the distinction of being trained as the first fellow in Cardiac Electrophysiology in Pakistan. He later underwent advanced training in electrophysiology at National Heart Institute, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) as well as Certified Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS-AC) from I.B.H.R.E., USA and is Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS), USA. His special interest is in management of patients with syncope (fainting).
