At NICVD we offer a range of diagnostic services.
Abiding by our mission, the Social Welfare Department exists to guarantee that no patient leaves NICVD without receiving the treatment that he/she needs regardless of the medical expenses involved. Through our donations and Zakaat fund, the Social Welfare department provides financial assistance to non-affording patients. In the year 2013-2014, nearly 50,000 of our patients were treated through Zakaat and donations for various procedures.
The Out Patient Department is an indispensable part of NICVD as this is the first point of contact with our patients.
Catering to at least 500,000 patients per year, our OPD is equipped with its own ECG, ETT and Laboratory facilities as well as a Pharmacy where medicines are provided at minimal rates to patients on a fortnightly basis.
